review of Google Forms & look at data
Timetoast - interactive timelines (I keep mine in "draft" and have one universal login for all kids to use)
Just for fun? Wordle.net - "a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide"

Google Docs (about) - store your documents "in the cloud" (accessible by any computer), always saved, easily shared with others
Google Forms (about) - create quick assessments to feed into a Google Doc spreadsheet (see more advanced tricks)
TinyUrl - makes long URLs shorter (also tiny.cc, bit.ly, goo.gl, other?)
If you want more advanced information about Google Docs/Forms/Presentations/Sites, check out this site from Cool Tools 7, a workshop I attended on Sat., Feb 5, 2011. In fact, you can check out all of the resources from the event here.
